The Scholar Archive sells digital PDF notes and secure digital access. Please review all product information carefully before completing a purchase.

All Purchases Are Final

All purchases are final. No refunds will be granted for completed digital product purchases except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Access Delivered Or Granted

Once payment is completed and access to the notes has been delivered, enabled, or granted to the buyer's account or email address, no refund requests will be accepted.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product title, level, description, access requirements, sample information, and any relevant purchase details before making payment. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the available product information and understand that the product is digital.

Legal Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered where required by applicable law. If a legal exception applies, The Scholar Archive may request order details, payment references, account information, and any supporting documentation necessary to review the request.
